Warranty Information
In general our products carry a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. Computer 1 Associates, Inc. also provides free on-site service for 90 days with the purchase of a complete PC system. For the remaining 9 months, customers may bring their equipment to Computer 1 Associates, Inc. for in-shop service. Alternatively, customers may choose to have Computer 1 Associates, Inc. provide on-site service at the current travel fee. Please email or call us for complete details. Where specifically noted by the manufacturer, product warranties may be extended for a longer period of time. Computer 1 Associates, Inc. can assist with this warranty and will notify the purchaser of any additional costs.
Software warranties are provided by the software manufacturer and Computer 1 Associates, Inc. offers no warranty implied or otherwise regarding any software (this disclaimer is made by the software manufacturer).
